Overview
ACEEU EU Project Design Compass is an intense, hands-on 3-hour workshop aimed at engaging ACEEU Stakeholders in ideating activities, discussions and concrete decisions to advance existing and create new partnerships through project proposal development efforts. Using innovative tools (i.e. ACEEU’s EU Project Design Canvas) the facilitators will guide workshop participants through the different stages of proposal development, with the ultimate workshop goal being to built initial project ideas and partnerships that will be followed up on and developed into a project proposal after the event.
Join us in Florence and meet like-minded individuals face-to-face in order to build relationships and trust, a crucial foundation for the virtual collaboration following the workshop.

About the ACEEU EU Projects Unit
About the ACEEU EU Projects Unit:
ACEEU’s EU Project Unit has been established two years ago and has since September 2020 alone been participating in more than 30 EU Projects, covering Horizon Europe (e.g. Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence, Widera and the EIT HEI Initiative) and Erasmus+ (Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills, European University Initiative, Knowledge Alliances, Cooperation Partnerships, Capacity Building in Higher Education). Out of these 30+ projects, 8 have been developed by ACEEU as the lead proposal writer, accounting for more than 3 million € in project value for consortium partners within the past 2 years.

| Post workshop activities | ACEEU will follow up with the “consortia to be” to guide the development of the proposal outline into a full-fledged proposal.
Workshop results will be transferred to a visual collaboration tools (MURAL) to ensure a smooth transition of the f2f workshop results to the online environment in which the follow up activities will take place. |

Facilitators
Adisa Ejubovic
Adisa is the head of the EU Project Unit and the mastermind behind ACEEU’s success in third party funding acquisition. Trained in linguistics and innovation in higher education, Adisa combines unique knowledge on EU funding programmes, a unique conceptual mindset, partnerships from across Europe and the globe, and a persuasive proposal writing style to win over the hearts and minds of proposal evaluators.
Dr. Lina Landinez
Lina is the Chief Executive Officer of ACEEU and drives EU Project Development primarily in the concept development phase. Bridging knowledge and expertise in biology, agriculture and innovation, Lina loves to challenge the status quo and go the extra mile to develop innovative idea that contribute to the advancement of higher education.
